At KILLFVBIO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make the process as straightforward as possible.
This policy explains how returns, withdrawals, exchanges, refunds and issues with products purchased through the KILLFVBIO website are handled.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.

2. VOLUNTARY RETURNS
Where permitted and offered by KILLFVBIO, we may accept returns for reasons such as:

Products returned for these reasons should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Where KILLFVBIO is responsible for the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where required by law, reimburse applicable return delivery costs.
The specific return arrangements will be communicated to you when your return request is reviewed.
4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For products fulfilled through Printify, such as Samba in Crete, KILLFVBIO will manage the customer-facing process and may work with Printify to arrange the appropriate resolution.
5. PRINTIFY-FULFILLED PRODUCTS
Certain KILLFVBIO products, such as Samba in Crete, are manufactured and fulfilled through Printify.
Printify may have its own merchant procedures and deadlines for production or fulfillment issues. These procedures apply to KILLFVBIO’s relationship with Printify and do not replace or restrict the consumer rights applicable to customers purchasing from KILLFVBIO.
If you experience an issue with a Printify-fulfilled product, please contact KILLFVBIO directly rather than contacting Printify.
6. SIZE AND FIT
We provide a size guide on the relevant product pages to help customers select the appropriate size.
If you receive your order and discover that you selected the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a return or exchange is available, the applicable return process will be explained to you.
Customers are encouraged to review the size guide and product measurements carefully before placing an order.
7. EXCHANGES
Where operationally possible, KILLFVBIO may offer exchanges for a different size or product.
Availability of an exchange may depend on stock, production method and the specific product.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will explain the available alternatives.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this section.
8. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal or return rights where an applicable legal exception applies.
This may include products that have been clearly personalized or made specifically according to a customer’s individual specifications.
Any applicable exception will be communicated where relevant.
9. REFUNDS
Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the return process.
Where a refund is due following a valid withdrawal, KILLFVBIO will process the refund within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Where the law permits KILLFVBIO to wait until the returned goods have been received or appropriate evidence of return has been provided, the refund may be processed accordingly.
10. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS
Where applicable, the treatment of original and return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and the consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, KILLFVBIO will provide the remedy and reimbursement required by applicable law.
For voluntary returns where the customer has simply changed their mind or selected the wrong size, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.
11. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products purchased from KILLFVBIO are covered by the mandatory consumer guarantees applicable under Portuguese and European Union law.
If a product is defective, does not conform to the contract, or otherwise fails to meet the applicable legal requirements, please contact us.
We will assess the situation and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
